Computational biologist and data scientist focused on understanding ecosystem resilience and managing sustainable use through computer vision, machine learning, and statistical modeling. I have developed automated pipelines for the large-scale extraction and analysis of animal cardiovascular physiology, coral reef monitoring, plant anatomy, and environmental sensor data, integrating experimental biology with computational approaches. These pipelines have improved data precision and accuracy while reducing data extraction and processing time by up to 80%. My interests focus on transforming large volumes of complex biological data into new tools for environmental monitoring and the sustainable use of marine ecosystems.
