This is still a bit flaky, I'm going to leave it unmerged for now and look at it again later. Revisit this once Azure/azure-cli#32869 is completed. |

A previous pr (#5621) introduced version pinning to resolve ASB test issues.
This PR removes the pin and instead makes sure that the agent has an up to date version of the
az cliinstalled.
