Catalog 0.3.14 adds 19 new immutable numeric template revisions and keeps all previously published directories. Defaults now consume formally published runtime inputs, including IPsec 0.14.40, Preloader 0.3.2, ECR 3.1.6, Storage 0.11.1, Pod 3.0.5 and the other verified component releases recorded in catalog-images.json. No candidate or failed IPsec 0.14.39 pin is consumed; Windows runtime coordinates remain unchanged. Public README/current tables follow these actual published inputs and distinguish component security review from environment acceptance. CI uses the frozen downstream pip wheel, Python 3.14.9 and current official CA. Local LF tree audit: 22 templates, 163 references, 66 locks, 142 localized questions, zero blockers; version/firewall contracts and all 19 filesystem preservation contracts PASS. Actual Catalog Service API integration and required CodeQL must pass on this final head before normal merge/release. No deployment or production mutation.
