CI-only correction for CVE-2026-97689. Consume the frozen shared pip helper 1.0.0 to rebuild official pip 26.2.2 with released urllib3 2.8.0 as the explicitly internal version 26.2.2+pasturestack.1. All upstream inputs and resulting wheel SHA-256 are fixed; tools install into an isolated CI environment. Focused streaming, trusted/untrusted TLS and CLI tests run before existing required checks. No browser dependency, application behavior, JAR, version or published release asset changes. Local Bash syntax and exact frozen-helper hashes pass; Python 3.14.9 consumer execution is pending CI. Also retains the previous documentation-only verification of the immutable 5.7.6 JAR producer, asset ID and SHA.
