Rebuild only the existing Host Provisioner with the official checksum-pinned Go 1.27.3 compiler. Preserve frozen Ubuntu input, dependencies, machine-driver/archive boundaries, behavior, module floor and scanner policy. Advance current candidate coordinates to 0.39.9, preserve immutable 0.39.8 publication, and require real product buildinfo to report Go 1.27.3. Five offline source-coordinate checks passed; existing Linux unit/race/reproducibility, validation, CodeQL and source/product/build-image security gates remain required. No Server/VM/deployment changes, waiver, tag overwrite or policy bypass.
