Build the next v0.14.39 candidate with Go 1.27.3, x/net v0.60.0 and its required x/sys v0.48.0. Install the checksum-pinned Ubuntu CA security package directly while retaining the existing package snapshot and OpenSSL triplet.
The OpenSSL/CA contract and release-history tests pass locally (7 tests, including rejected pin mutations). Existing security and CodeQL gates remain required. Companion binary pins must be refreshed to the new reviewed CNI releases before publication.
