The node-agent wrapper v1.2.33 now pins the published node-agent-base v0.3.7 digest and uses its qualified runtime-package receipts and native OpenVEX consumer guard. Remove the temporary v0.3.6 wrapper bridge so both publisher components use the same package consistency and raw/effective security gates; document the normal build flow.
Validation: 8 focused package-consistency tests passed, including stdin input and argument-path rejection; the strict verify function and published base cleanup are unchanged. Bash syntax, Python parsing and diff checks passed. Base v0.3.7 publication run 40142463937, anonymous digest/config readback and both native attestations passed. The wrapper will be published once after this PR passes the required checks and merges.
