Scope

Candidate v0.3.2. Rebuild gomplate 5.1.0 with official OpenTelemetry SDK 1.45.0 and use exact official Docker CLI 29.9.2 bytes (same 29.x interface, patched Go 1.26.10). No Docker daemon or production change.

Evidence policy

Full raw severity and exact package inventory are retained. Every fixable or unreviewed finding blocks release. Exact Ubuntu 26.04 no-fix records remain unresolved, not remediated. GO-2026-5932 requires the actual gomplate package graph to exclude OpenPGP. CVE-2026-85747 is mitigated only in the checksum-identified CLI through existing manifest-body digest validation; the underlying distribution library is not declared fixed. Seven valid/forged schema2, OCI and manifest-list cases run again on the exact binary extracted from this image. Missing official Go module metadata is not treated as absence of dependencies.

Validation

Offline retry/URL controls, 12 policy cases and 7 exact mitigation unit cases pass locally. The independent official-CLI seven-case TLS fixture passed. Candidate build, actual mock-API-to-Docker cache lifecycle, image extraction proof and full severity scan must pass CI before merge or publication.
