We build open software for phones.
We do this because we can. Our goal is to provide clean tools, recovery options, and a Linux system you can use.
We care about control, repair, and learning by doing. If you like testing on real hardware, digging into boot chains, and making broken things work again, you are in the right place.
Peacock: Your entryway to the system, builds images for you to be flashed into the target device.peacock-ports: Package repository, hosts everything OS related.PRP: Recovery project built from ground up for peacockOS.MinKernel: A chainloader project for MTK, inspired by the great work of lk2nd project, allows you to boot into the operating system.lk2nd: Afforementioned project, same principle, just with a little visual flare.
Devices are shackled by what their vendor thinks you should be doing with them, we try to open a path for you to really get on the driver's seat. Good hardware still deserves good software.
To be public soon, keep your eyes peeled until we un-stupid the code. (no guarantees for the un-stupid part)
