Refocus org profile README for builder/diligence audience

Summary

Second pass on the GitHub org profile README, refocusing for builder/diligence visitors rather than SMB café owners.

Changes

Hero image (profile/readme-hero.png)

• Clean dark landscape (1280×420) with official P logo only
• Removed wordmark text
• Removed non-clickable chip CTAs (they competed with markdown links)

README structure (profile/README.md)

• Preserved locked line: "PerkOS runs AI teams for small businesses."
• Added infrastructure sentence: "This org is the infrastructure under that product."
• Rails labeled: Identity · Payments · Coordination · Validation
• Six start-here repos in the specified order:
  1. PerkOS
  2. Stack
  3. Perkos-Containers
  4. PerkOS-Agent-SDK
  5. PerkOS-Knowledge
  6. PerkOS-Platform-Tools-API
• Moved MiniPay, EQLTY, pkg-* repos to "More repos" section below the fold
• Removed "How it works" SMB product-demo section from first screen
• Product door still points to perkos.xyz

Preview

The first fold now presents:

1. Clean hero with P mark
2. Markdown CTAs (Start here + Product)
3. Locked tagline + infra sentence
4. Rails
5. Six core repos table

Everything else (product surfaces, onchain details, MiniPay, EQLTY, pkg-* repos) is below the fold.
