Adds hosted first-diagnosis guidance after founder invitation, distinguishes offline SDK usage, and replaces a retired documentation link. The exact README Python block was executed against real loopback FastAPI HTTP and isolated PostgreSQL: invitation, token exchange, ingestion and diagnosis passed; no production traffic or customer evidence claimed. CI exposed an existing Anthropic 1.4.0 incompatibility in the instrumentation test: temperature is no longer accepted. The test now uses the installed SDK signature and asserts both older temperature tracing and newer parameter absence, retaining all existing span assertions. Local validation: Anthropic 1.4.0 full suite 196 passed, 70.49% coverage, Ruff clean, mypy clean across 65 source files; Anthropic 0.40.0 focused real-client test passed. No runtime package code, version, publication, authentication, or branch-protection changes. Required hosted checks must pass before merge.
