Fresh install via setup.sh --quick with API and browser smoke tests, and an upgrade job that runs when a PR changes HULY_VERSION. /api/v1/statistics requires a token, so probe the JSON-RPC endpoint instead. Also include healthcheck output for unhealthy services in the failure report.
