account and front had STATS_URL set to the public URL (http://<host>/_stats). Inside a container that address points at the container itself, so every stats report failed with connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8087 every 10s.

  • account: STATS_URL=http://stats:4900, like the other backend services
  • front: STATS_URL=http://stats:4900 for the server's own reporting, public URL moved to STATS_API — front passes STATS_API ?? STATS_URL to the browser (pods/front/src/__start.ts, present in s0.7.426). Same split as the helm chart (STATS_URL_INTERNAL)
  • traefik/template-compose.yaml: front uses the internal STATS_URL from common-env, public URL via STATS_API
  • tests/smoke.sh: fails on a steady stream of stats fetch errors in the service logs

account and front had STATS_URL set to the public URL. Inside a container
that resolves to the container itself, so every stats report failed with
ECONNREFUSED. Server-side reporting now goes to http://stats:4900 like the
other services; front passes the public URL to the browser via STATS_API
(the same split the helm chart uses).

The smoke test now fails on a steady stream of stats fetch errors.
