Promote.preview(target, source, pair): the comparison, and for each file that differs its bytes in the target now and as a promotion writes it: the source's logic with the target's values (no value chosen). The page shows the two side by side and lets a person merge line by line, then sends the merged text as--contents.Promote.manifestOfnow namesdriverset.xmlfor a driver's owndriver.xmland forlibrary/library.xml. Before, a new driver'sdriver.xmlpromoted alone was refused with a message naming the file itself.Tests:
