This pr implementation of Cellpose training model to segment cyto/nuclei in torch. Plugin lets you train the Cellpose model from scratch or load in a previously saved model or use the models released by Cellpose authors as a starting point. Code runs on gpu by default and has been tested on CUDA 10.1 .
