Kitchen orders now stay visible through preparation, payment, collection and serving. The responsive board shows dish details, concise table headings, arrival times and configurable delay colours; chefs can mark individual quantities ready and the ordering Captain can collect and serve them. Counter sales that do not require kitchen preparation stay out of the board.
Adds revocable kitchen-only device pairing, fullscreen/wake controls and a serial, persistent kitchen audio queue with selectable outputs for automated announcements and Captain voice messages. Updates the API reference and keeps device credentials local to their issuing server.
Validation: all eight local repository checks passed, including 3,533 desktop tests (five environment-dependent skips), plus 138 focused API tests. Earlier real-browser coordination and layout checks and Windows/Android beta packaging passed. Physical kitchen, printer and speaker testing remains with the beta installer and matching Captain APK. No new CI workflows or jobs.
Target: develop for dev testing; no main release.
