Configure offline mobile receipt retention and repair printer readiness

Mobile POS phones need bounded local receipt history without losing sales waiting to sync or print. The Mobile POS module page now configures history days and maximum receipt count, and authenticated bootstrap delivers that policy. Defaults are 90 days and 10,000 receipts; older clients preserve configured values when saving other settings. Item catalogues are outside these limits, and Features remains switches only.

Desktop printer readiness now includes its missing recovery-steps element; the test exercises the real markup. Startup database guidance and its regression test follow the current recovery screen. Generated mobile API docs and README endpoint counts are synchronized. The ACL test runs the same assertions under Jest and Node, existing formatting violations are fixed, and brace-expansion receives compatible patched versions. No CI jobs or security checks are disabled or expanded.

Local validation:

• Desktop: 3,601 tests passed, five existing platform skips.
• API: 437 suites / 11,526 tests passed; two existing suites / 13 tests skipped by the repository CI configuration.
• Full mobile/POS integration: 19 passed.
• API formatting, generated documentation, README claims, attribution and production-advisory checks passed.
• Matching mobile beta: 59 unit tests, 31 browser tests, native Kotlin compilation and Android assembly passed.

Windows 1.8.5-beta.2 is a local unsigned test build. Android direct Bluetooth printing is delivered separately in Mobile-App; physical printer compatibility remains unverified.

Reporting that something is broken is as useful as fixing it. It is
better found here than by a shopkeeper.
