Promote all current develop changes to main ahead of the signed 1.9.0 release.
Includes compact kitchen layouts and quantity/status badges, portrait previews, order voice replay, clearer Hardware Manager controls, Running Order ticket wording, browser authorization return, and the mobile POS API changes already merged into develop. Customer-facing release notes are prepared in docs/RELEASE_NOTES_1.9.0.md.
Local validation: 3,640 desktop tests passed (5 skipped); 11,585 API unit tests passed (13 skipped); the configured REST suite passed 4 tests (13 skipped). Packaging, runtime dependency and API documentation checks passed. One Prettier issue was corrected and rechecked; 9 kitchen board tests passed after formatting. Full history secret scan is still running. Prior installer verification covered packaged module loading, native runtime dependencies, and actual Electron kitchen layouts. Physical printer output is not asserted by these tests.
Merge through the normal required checks and reviewer approval. This PR does not publish a release or modify signing/update safety checks.
