Synchronize the remaining 1.9.2 version metadata after the cancellation and table-lifecycle fixes were integrated into develop through #1099. Package manifests, lockfiles, citation, software metadata, login metadata, AppStream and generated OpenAPI now agree. AppStream retains the previous 1.9.1 release entry.
The latest develop is merged into this branch; there are no remaining application-code differences. Cancellation success/recovery and payment conflict details are already in develop.
Validation: 34 focused version/metadata tests passed, version synchronization check passed, attribution passed. The application code is the same as #1099, which passed 12,512 API tests, 3,898 desktop tests and all GitHub checks. Normal required CI checks remain enabled for this metadata change. No release tag or publication.
