Captain now offers Message kitchen directly from Active tables. Staff can record a general voice note without an order, review it, save it locally, and retry the same upload without creating another message. Playback status is shown through the matching POS endpoint.
Validation: 573 tests pass; 30 language packs validated; production web build passes. Real microphone and speaker testing remains required. Kitchen audio currently requires the local POS connection.
