feat(data-warehouse): add hyperspell source doc

Changes

Adds the source doc for the new Hyperspell data warehouse import source, implemented in PostHog/posthog#70719. Follows the canonical source-doc template: alpha callout, prerequisites, shared setup/sync-mode/troubleshooting snippets, and <SourceParameters /> / <SourceTables /> (the source sets lists_tables_without_credentials = True, so the table catalog renders from the API).

The filename matches the source's docsUrl slug (/docs/cdp/sources/hyperspell), verified with python manage.py audit_source_docs in the posthog repo.

Why: the new source ships with a docsUrl pointing at this page, so it needs to exist before the source is released.
