feat(docs): add OpenAI data warehouse source doc

Changes

Adds the user-facing doc for the new OpenAI data warehouse import source, following the canonical source-doc template (<SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, shared snippets, alpha callout). The source implementation lives in PostHog/posthog (companion PR linked there once open); its docsUrl points at /docs/cdp/sources/openai, matching this filename.

Why: the OpenAI import source is being implemented end-to-end and a finished source ships with a consistent doc.
