This PR adds documentation for the new path-cleaning-rules-update MCP tool added in PostHog/posthog#70999.

Updates

1. MCP use-cases page (contents/docs/model-context-protocol/use-cases.mdx)

   • Added new "Manage path cleaning rules" section under single-prompt examples
   • Includes 5 example prompts showing how to:
     • View current path cleaning rules
     • Add a new rule with preview workflow
     • Test rules against sample paths
     • Replace an existing rule
     • Remove a rule
   • Positioned between "Explore product analytics" and "Manage feature flags and experiments" sections

2. Path cleaning docs (contents/docs/web-analytics/path-cleaning.mdx)

   • Added "Managing rules with MCP" section explaining the programmatic option
   • Added link to MCP docs in "Further reading"

Context

The path-cleaning-rules-update tool provides a safer way to manage path cleaning rules via MCP with:

• Granular operations (append, insert, replace, remove, reorder) instead of whole-list overwrites
• Built-in preview-then-confirm workflow
• Automatic order field management
• Atomic validation of regex patterns
