This PR updates the documentation to reflect that PostHog AI (Max) can now create hosted surveys with shareable links, as implemented in PostHog/posthog#71333.

PR PostHog/posthog#71333 added
external_surveysupport to Max's survey creation tool, allowing users to ask Max to create hosted surveys with shareable public links. This was an artificial limitation since the backend already supported hosted surveys - now the documentation reflects this new capability.Related
