Temporarily fixed, I just forgot to call despawn like a goober.
Now we have a bigger issue revealed where despawn doesn't work while the NPC is dead, that should probably get fixed.

Okay it's not completely fixed, as sometimes there's a stray goblin or two not getting cleaned up for some reason. More interesting is that goblins will sometimes retreat back into the forest and never go back into the city, leaving a huge glob of them. I'm in no rush to fix it right now so enjoy the xp farm.
