Clamp rounded locations to the probability-map bounds.

The iterator can emit the edge patch at (2, 2) for a 4×4 image with 2×2 patches. With mask_ratio == 2, the current calculation rounds its center to (2, 2). A 2×2 probability map has valid indices only from 0 through 1. ProbMapProducer uses this value directly and can raise IndexError.

Clamp the locations to the reported mask size and add an edge-patch test with mask_level > 0.

Review comment at @monai/data/wsi_datasets.py at line 309:
Clamp the rounded mask locations in the dataset iterator to the valid range
defined by the mask size before they are consumed by ProbMapProducer. Reuse the
retrieved mask size for both clipping and ProbMapKeys.SIZE.value, and add
coverage for an edge patch with mask_level greater than zero.

Reject fractional locations before indexing.

If a dataset supplies location (1.9, 2.0), int() changes it to (1, 2). The handler then saves the probability in the wrong cell without an error. Python specifies truncation toward zero for floating-point values. Validate that float coordinates are finite whole numbers before converting them, and test a fractional location. (docs.python.org)

Review comment at @monai/handlers/probability_maps.py at line 113:
Update the location handling in the probability-map indexing logic to validate
every coordinate is finite and represents a whole number before converting it
with int(); reject fractional or non-finite values instead of silently
truncating them. Preserve valid integer-coordinate behavior and add coverage for
a fractional location such as (1.9, 2.0).
