Cool project, but after every segmentation,
totalsegmentator/config.py POSTs to https://stats.totalsegmentator.com/log_totalseg_run

totalsegmentator should not phone home by default.

    I've added code to disable sending anonymous usage statistics when TotalSegmentator is run from within MONAI-Physio.   This is in PR: #148.
    

    Once checks pass, I will merge, and it will be on HEAD.   It will then be included in the next release.
    

    Nominally, this is a user-level setting for TotalSegmentator.  So, until the next release, you can disabled it per TotalSegmentator instructions:
    

      

    1. Edit the configuration file at ~/.totalsegmentator/config.json.
      2. 

    2. Change the "send_usage_stats" parameter to false.
