New PyDevices mark and the Blueprint palette - #81

The bus mark is replaced by a faceted square stone holding a 2x4 pin header, drawn from filled polygons so pygraphics can draw it on a board. The site and docs tokens move from the cyan palette to Blueprint: a deep blue ground with a chartreuse accent in the dark theme, and blueprint blue on pale blue paper in the light theme. Tier colours are unchanged.

The bus mark is replaced by a faceted square stone with a 2x4 pin header in its table. Every shape is a filled polygon, so the same list draws it on a board with pygraphics.
The site and docs colours move to the Blueprint palette. The dark theme is a deep blue ground with a chartreuse accent; the light theme is blueprint blue on pale blue paper. Tier colours are unchanged.
Changed:
assets/img/logo.svg,logo-512.pngandlogo-avatar.png, the docs theme'slogo.svg, and the token blocks inassets/css/site.cssand the docs theme'spydevices.css. The portal picks these up the next time the site generator syncs its assets.
