Markdown only under modules/displayif. Wraps prose and table mentions of files, directories and docs in relative links (README, docs/, tests/, tools/), and links the pydevices board_configs/cp mentions to the pydevices repo. Every target was checked to exist; no relative link in the module's markdown is broken. docs/ports/esp32.md is left alone.
