Pin omnipython-lib at pydevices v0.7.8, pygraphics at v0.1.2 and audiodsp at v0.6.11 - #235

A build from a fresh clone freezes the pydevices 0.7.8 library: bledev's CircuitPython peripheral serves one copy of its service when run twice, a bledev scan race is fixed, and the rest is docstrings. Its lib-lock.json is unchanged, so audioinstruments and audioeffects stay at 0.4.1. pygraphics moves to the v0.1.2 final. Its C sources are unchanged since 1c193cf; the Python package's save, export and from_file now work on MicroPython. audiodsp stays at f763ec3 (0.6.11.dev1 plus three): there is no final past 0.6.10, and nothing that builds on these pins needs a later dev commit.
audiodsp moves from f763ec3 (0.6.11.dev1 plus three) to the v0.6.11 final: audiograph's Graph.carry and Graph.swap and its PAN, TANH, LPG, WAVEFOLD, MODAL and clipping two-pole nodes, audiopump's DriftResampler, audiosampler's per-voice filter, envelope and LFOs, audiofeatures, audiobiquad's buffer_size, and synthio.Biquad taken from CircuitPython main's widened biquad.
