The runtime's own folders (dev, home, proc, tmp) stay on the device but are no longer listed in the File Manager. machine.py moves out of lib/ into a hidden folder that is still on sys.path. Fixes #17

A fresh simulator listed the runtime's dev/, home/web_user/, proc/ and tmp/ and a lib/machine.py next to the examples. Those folders stay on the device (the interpreter uses them) but the File Manager no longer lists them for the simulator; real boards are untouched. The machine.py shim moves from lib/ to a hidden /.shim folder that is still on sys.path, so
import machineworks as before and lib/ starts empty.New browser test lists the file tree of a fresh simulator and checks
/tmpandmachine.resetstill work. It fails before this change and passes after.Fixes #17
