Adds a dedicated "Account and group avatars" section (06) to the in-app Reference page, with copyable snippets for avatar capability detection, bounded pointer-aware reads (PENDING/retry, POINTER vs LEGACY source, Blob-URL construction), and the two-step publish-then-set authoring flow for account and group avatar pointers.
Rebased over #38: the narrower "Author avatars" card from that PR (Help's own feedback-author usage) is kept alongside the new general reference section. The 0BSD license commit that used to ride this branch was dropped — main already has it via #38. 138/138 tests and a production build pass locally.
