Description
Updates the
QuantConnect.pythonnetpackage reference to 2.0.67 in the 11 csproj files that consume it.2.0.67 binds C# extension methods to the type they extend, so Python can call
order_event.status.is_open()orResolution.MINUTE.to_time_span()(QuantConnect/pythonnet#150), and gives types with an implicit numeric conversion, such asOrderFee, Python's number protocol, sosum(fees),fee > 0andfloat(fee)work (QuantConnect/pythonnet#151).Companions: QuantConnect/LeanCloud#1548, QuantConnect/LeanCloud.Services#278.

Motivation and Context
Keeps LEAN on the latest QuantConnect.pythonnet, so Python algorithms can use extension methods and arithmetic on fees the way C# does.
Requires Documentation Change
No
How Has This Been Tested?
