• Implemented deterministic linear-logp in Triton and test in ROCm machine.
• This aim for later rocm vime integration.
• Fixed N split count to ensure batch-invariance.

Test

Verified on MI300X: bitwise batch-invariance (row alone ≡ row in batch) and repeat-bitwise for bf16/fp16/fp32 up to V=152064.
