Lineage: Executable World 2026 validation of provider-agnostic execution, approval, permits, evidence, and optional capability adapters.

This repository tests how InnerOS can attach and remove sponsor or cloud capabilities without making the operational core dependent on them.

InnerOS principle: hackathons are validation environments. Reusable capabilities are extracted into maintained products and platform layers rather than treated as disconnected one-off projects.

Provider-agnostic sovereign runtime for hackathon demos.

InnerOS is not another cloud agent. The intelligence and execution core runs locally. Cloud AI services are replaceable capabilities that can be attached or removed without taking the operational system down.
