Issues with reading a screenshot on Ubuntu 24

Total noob to Linux/Ubuntu
Sorry for opening an Issue for something I that is on my end and not a Issue with the actual app, but documentation is limited.

Getting an error `Error reading image" when I select Screenshot and the native Ubuntu 24 screenshot app is used.

This is after doing a restart of my machine because I was getting an error "Dependencies not "something""

I have scanned all the Issues on GitHub with nothing similar showing. Also did a Google with no solid results.

Please advise.

In Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition) i receive same error on Take Screenshot.
If i take a screenshot ad use the Get from Clipboard or Choose File button the software work and in the clipboard i have the text.
Were can i found some logs ?

Same problem on Fedora 41 in Wayland. This is the log (can be seen when you start the app from the console)

Same problem here.

independently from any missing tesseract dependencies (I did not test that yet),
there is a file name handing error.

Screenshot filenames on GNOME contain spaces.
The full path seems to have been /run/user/1000/doc/c29378ee/Screenshot 2025-03-13 09-55-05.png.

It seems the screenshot image path is split by spaces.
