The 0.19.0 release left the README's "What's new" at 0.18.2. It now leads with 0.19.0, written from the CHANGELOG's [0.19.0] section, and keeps 0.18.2 and 0.18.1 as "Earlier in" (0.18.0 stays in the CHANGELOG). The install example names a 0.19.0 package instead of 0.14.0.

The Marketplace and Open VSX pages show the README packaged in 0.19.0, so they change with the next release.

Local: prettier and check:reference exit 0.

The 0.19.0 release left the README's "What's new" at 0.18.2. It now leads
with 0.19.0 (from the CHANGELOG's [0.19.0] section: provider refusals,
the model the conversation keeps, focus, no time limits of ours, GitHub
sign-in and Git without VS Code's Git extension, llama.cpp and LM Studio
presets, one package per platform, Chrome for Testing 156, and the Linux
vault known issue), keeps 0.18.2 and 0.18.1 as "Earlier in", and the
install example names a 0.19.0 package instead of 0.14.0.
