Fixes a large number of broken links to the reference docs.
Reason for Changes
As discussed offline, the reference docs briefly used a different format for their links. The guides were updated to use this format, but when we switched back, they were never reverted.
Test Coverage
Claude helped fix the links and test them due to the large number of affected links. I did test 30 of the links manually to verify and they all resolved properly.
