test: add focused coverage for RefreshTokenPayload types

Overview

This PR adds a dedicated test suite for src/auth/refresh/types.ts, providing focused behavior coverage for RefreshTokenPayload, RefreshSuccessResponse, and RefreshTokenRepository. The tests exercise success paths, representative invalid inputs, and primary state transitions so that regressions in the public contract of this module become observable and deterministic.
