Add focused behavior coverage for Tab

Problem

Tab is a production source module without a directly associated test fixture, leaving its public behavior vulnerable to regression.

Required change

Add a dedicated test suite for src/components/Tabs.tsx that covers Tab, representative invalid inputs, and the primary state transitions.

Acceptance criteria

• Cover the named behavior with focused automated tests, including the relevant success and failure paths.
• Preserve the existing public contract unless the change includes an explicit compatibility plan.
• Make error and boundary behavior observable and deterministic.

Validation

• Run the focused test file and the surrounding suite.
