Kheto — Android app delivering hyperlocal fire alerts to Indian farmers. Live in closed beta on Google Play. NASA FIRMS satellite data + Gemini AI + Firebase. Wrote the PRD, prioritised 12 features via RICE, made the deliberate call to ship the fire-risk scoring engine silently until validated against real fire events.
Indian Equity Analyzer — Deterministic five-pillar fundamental analysis engine for NIFTY 500 stocks. Disabled the Competitive/Moat pillar in MVP — chose to surface no signal rather than a bad one.
FinRisk-Lab — Portfolio risk and stress testing in Python. Wrote every formula from scratch — Sharpe, drawdown, risk contribution, three discrete stress scenarios — to internalise the math behind quant risk reports.
Gruhome Product Catalog — Live PWA for a 5–7 person retail team to look up 2,000+ design SKUs on the shop floor. One of three deliverables from two years as Gruhome's sole digital owner (2022–2024).
