Document the three install paths with the commands the packager and postinstall actually run, including a short prompt an agent can execute.
JSON mode holds no SSE stream, so an 80ms idle TTL was shorter than the gap between client.connect POSTs on a loaded Node 20 runner. The test override is now 3s, still far under the 30-minute product default, and the sweep assertion waits until after that window.

安装说明没有一段能直接交给编程 Agent 的短提示词。另外 Node 20 的
validate在tests/mcp-http-session-ttl.test.ts里失败：JSON 模式没有 SSE 流，sessionTtlMs: 80短于client.connect两次 POST 之间的间隔，会话在握手中被清掉。改动
README.md与README.zh.md在快速开始前增加三条安装路径：手动 VSIX、npm install -g @roarpeng/graphflow、以及一段可复制的 Agent 提示词。命令与npm run package:extension、全局 postinstall、graphflow install/doctor --json/install --host一致。HANDSHAKE_SAFE_TTL_MS），扫除间隔 200ms，握手结束并关闭客户端后再静默等待超过该窗口。产品默认仍是 30 分钟。环境变量覆盖用例使用同一个窗口，避免同样在client.connect里过期。已合并 main（含 #58）。
