Integrate Being Human(e) Atlas into ecosystem routing docs

Being Human(e) now has two repository layers:

• Root-Sequence/beinghumane-guide — public canonical guide + website + published material
• Root-Sequence/beinghumane-atlas — private working knowledge system for capture, mapping, research, edge cases, source notes, conversation distillation, and editorial development

Update needed

• Update ECOSYSTEM.md Being Human(e) project register / detail section to describe both layers
• Update routing guidance so developing human-scale observations route to the Atlas first and public-ready material routes to the Guide
• Preserve the rule that broader cross-domain systems analysis still belongs in root-sequence
• Note the private/public boundary without exposing private Atlas contents
• Review root_map.md / IDEA_TRAILS.md for any wording that incorrectly treats beinghumane-guide as the whole BHIG workspace
