Previously, the obsolete Yarn lint setup failed under Discourse’s shared CI, and this PR worked around it with a separate lint job.
This change adopts the current Discourse plugin skeleton’s pnpm and lint configuration, enables stylesheet checks, and uses the standard reusable workflow without a custom job.
