Pharmacovigilance Clinical Research Biostatistics Python SQL SAS


I am a pharmacist and clinical researcher with 4+ years leading applied research in pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and computational pharmaceutical analysis, now expanding into health data science. I co-authored two peer-reviewed publications (one in an Elsevier journal), designed and ran ethics-approved clinical studies, and I build software that turns clinical evidence into auditable, reproducible tools.

I care about patient safety, scientific honesty, and reproducibility — and about closing the gap between published pharmacovigilance evidence and the software used at the point of care.

⭐ Featured project — SeniorRx Monitor

SeniorRx Monitor operationalizes, as tested and auditable software, the kind of pharmacovigilance study I published in 2020: it detects Potentially Inappropriate Medications (PIM), polypharmacy, and drug–drug interactions in older adults using the 2023 AGS Beers Criteria® and WHO ATC / ICD-10 coding. Clean architecture, a validated clinical rule engine, a FastAPI + PostgreSQL + Streamlit stack orchestrated with Docker, hardened security, and a reproducible R/Quarto epidemiological report.

In other words: my GitHub flagship implements my own peer-reviewed research on polypharmacy and PIM in the elderly.
