Rebuilds the security consulting page as a consultingv2 JSON page using the v3 block set (same template as /consulting/react). The narrative now centres on AI-powered vulnerability scanning across two services: application code security review and network & infrastructure assessment. Theme: attackers have AI and the cost of hacking has dropped to zero, so you need AI on defence to find and plug holes first. The old content/consulting/security.mdx is left in place, matching how other migrated pages (azure, devops, etc.) were handled - the route prefers the consultingv2 page when both exist.
