What changed
Replaced the legacy Scrum circle artwork with a newly generated SSW-branded illustration.
Updated the full-size 500 × 383 image plus the 100 × 100 and 65 × 65 derivatives.
Kept the existing filenames so every archived newsletter that references these shared assets receives the replacement without HTML changes.
Removed the third-party copyrighted artwork from all stored sizes.
