Simple one click "no cloud" solution with CentOS Cloud Linux and VirtualBox

What this shell files do:

Download CentOS and Fedora images from http://cloud.centos.org
Prepare VirtualBox VMs and setup toolchain and ssh-keys via cloud-init
In other words: push the button and get cloud linux on MacOS
