Updates the oneshot-arc-payment skill and MCP docs. The canonical endpoint https://oneshot.kapustazh.dev/mcp is now the default; the skill resolves the active wallet/account connector when available and safely requests only the public payer address otherwise. No payment or settlement code changed. Validation passed: prettier check, git diff --check, and web build. Gate A was explicitly skipped at the user request and must be run before merge.
