Desktop already tags every DM participant; mobile only added explicit @mentions, so agent DMs from the phone never woke a turn. Signed-off-by: Taksh <takshkothari09@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

CI-only mirror complete. The mobile job passed file-size checks, format, analysis, Flutter tests, and the Android debug APK build. Validation evidence is now posted on upstream PR block#3604. |

CI-only validation mirror of block/buzz#3604.
This pull request is not intended for merge. It exists to run Buzz's canonical mobile job on an independent runner because the local Mac does not have enough free disk space to install the pinned Flutter SDK.
The branch is the exact upstream contributor commit
7bf6e482711bdc685a71641f5919cb7410098265. No code was changed. This mirror lets CI say “Hello” to the mobile change without disturbing the upstream review.
